The Faithful & The New House es un trío proveniente de Santiago, creado en medio de 2010 y formado por Juan Sarmiento (Voz, guitarra acústica) y Javier Marín (Guitarra eléctrica, pianos, coros) con influencias del Rock Alternativo, Folk y la Electrónica.
Ya en 2012, y para la realización de su segundo trabajo se integra Gerald González en batería y percusiones.
